1. Press the waterproof HELP button worn as a pendent, belt clip or wristband or push the help button on the Personal Emergency Alert System table top base station.

2. Once the help button is activated Hue & Cry Security’s emergency response personnel know help is needed.

3. Trained response specialists at Hue & Cry’s UL certified central response center will attempt to talk with you through the Personal Emergency Alert System table top base station. It has ENHANCED speaker and voice capabilities built right into the unit!

4.The Hue & Cry Security emergency response specialist will assess the situation and summon the correct help if needed quickly and effectively.
